Vladimir S. Mikhailov was born in 1914.
Vladimir S. Mikhailov studied at the Kazan Art School. He was active in Moscow and the surrounding cities.
He was a member of AKHRR and exhibited with Podsolnechnik.
His important shows include "Anti-Imperialist Exhibition" Moscow. Also, "Artists of the Russian Federation Over
Fifteen Years", Moscow. "Fifteen Years of Workers and Peasants". The "Red Army Exhibition".

Vladimir S. Mikhailov died in 1957.
