Born March 15, 1977, in Ostrogozsk, Russia. Studied at the Voronezh Art College from 1994-1998. Vitaly has been involved in all local exhibitions in Voronezh where he continues to live and work. Vitaly has the versatility to work in all mediums and his comtemporary style and flair make his works very desirable.
