Was born on April, 3rd, 1937 in settlement Stavrovo of Vladimir region.
Lives and works in Lipetsk.
Has ended in 1956 Mstyorsky art professionally - technical school.
With 1961 for 1964 it was trained at the Moscow Polygraphic institute.

Member of the Union of artists of the Russian Federation since 1984.
The painter, the schedule, the master of arts and crafts. Worked with 1971 for 1981 in Vladimir's art fund.
Same year has moved to Lipetsk, works as the artist of artly - industrial workshops of art fund of RSFSR
With 1976 she is an active participant of republican, regional, regional exhibitions.
Skargina combines artistic touches of various cultures,
